How does the handwork look on this RB20 swapped Z?

LINK: datsun 280z turbo

I don't know much about cars, but I'm willing to learn. My goal is to get a 240/260/280z as my first car, but I want to use it as a daily driver. I will not be beating the hell out of this car, maybe an occasional pull for fun, but as I said, its a daily driver. I saw this post on CL near me, and someone had said the handywork of the swap looked iffy',but I'm not sure if this guy is blowing smoke because he could not give me a reason why it was iffy'.

Here is my question..
  • my uncle told me RB's are very reliable (if swapped correctly I take it), is this true? There is a shop near me that specializes in RB20's so I don't think getting parts would be that big of an issue, it would just pose a learning curve.
  • is this worth the 8K?
  • how does the quality of the swap look from these pictures?
  • anything that immediately sticks out to you?

I'm hoping to join this community with a 240/260/280 in the upcoming months, thanks for the help guys.
