Reverting to original cam shaft on a 240z to obtain smooth idling

Been having rough idle issues on traffic jams and stop lights tending to lower my rpm under 800 rpm. My mechanic recommended to swap the Far 311 Race cam which i believe according to Schneider website has the following specs:

311F Datsun L-6 Camshaft

I would like to point out also that the engine on the car was rebuilt with crank and rods from a L26, special oversized 84mm flat top black coated pistons from D.L. Potter Engineering with E88 Head and Far 311 New Race Cam.

Some users say to stay away from MSA cams. WHat about ISKY cams? I really need a reliable advice so i can order the stock cam and rockers to get rid of the idle issues ASAP.
