Welcome to ZDriver!

Octane increaser isn't going to do anything for old crappy gas. Drain the gas tank.

Definetly drop and clean the tank ^^ also. Pull the plugs drop some motor oil or some sort of good lube and let it sit for a couple hrs prior to start up, to keep the rings from sticking and scaring the cylinder walls.

Yes stabilizer is good for temporarily not running vehicles. For seasonal boats, RVs, ATVs ect. Maybe two season's, any more then a yr and the gas first starts to change and smell like kerosene then separates even further. Getting thicker and thicker turning into a very varnish like substance. You don't want to leave that in the bottom of your tank or run it through your lines let alone have the fuel pump try to push it and gum up. Definitely don't want it getting into your injectors.
