as far as the fan switch, painless wiring has a really good one that fits in one of the s130 holes, so id assume it would fit yours as well. i forget the part number but its 50 bux for just the sensor and 75 with relay and wiring. ive used a couple in the past and they work perfectly.

Thanks, I have read it, though I feel it's kind of vague without a flow chart. That would complete it IMHO.
Got some aluminum intercoooooler piping coming along with an electric 10 inch 1550cfm fan. waste gate flanges coming and 2 feet of 1.5"OD mild steel tube and 1 90 degree mandrel bent 1.5" OD mild steel. SO i can get the wastegate mounted up. I should pick up the intercooler itself from my buddy tonight.
Still haven't done anything about the flywheel though. I dont know of any shops in the area that do that kind of machining. Plus I honestly dont feel like spending the money on it since its a 225mm flywheel. Rather just use a stocker I have and save up for a performance clutch/flywheel. GRRRR idk, I have a feeling the stock clutch is going to slip for somereason at stock boost. haha. I hope it doesn't and lasts till I got the money to spend again. But I am officially TAPPED for funds unless more of my parts start selling.

And thanks shady, but that's hella expensive for a single wire thermo switch... ****. I'll just take my extra housing to napa and find one that fits and activates at 180 degrees haha. And make my own harness, hell it's only 4 wires.

it prolly will be cheaper than mine cause your in the land of cheap down there. dang boarder adds 50% to everything even tho the dollar is par. here ya go http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PRF-30111/ 35 bux at summit, or take the part # and run. i went thru the napa and local catologs, they are of no help. listed by application olny no temps usually. as far as your flywheel, any local engine machine shop can handle it. just get it made, machined down a bit. or machine across the entire surface. having it hit the bolts wont hurt unless you ride the clutch hardcore

I actually forgot I already had a sensor! wooooo, 180 degrees sinlge wire, I just hope its the right thread pitch.
speaking of which, what of these arent used on a turbo swapped 280Z. I know the single prong sensor is for the temp guage I believe.... one or two of these sensors don't get used though, can you guys think of which?
also, got the doors on and glass in. HOLY EFFING SMURF SHITTTTTT was that windshield one of the hardest things I have ever done on a Z...
piping for the wastegate
and got my intercooler, and HKS. think it's big enough? (3 inches thick)

its 2 90 degree silicon reducers from 3" to 2.5", I already cut the **** out of the core support, solid 2.5" piping, a 90 degree just on the other side of the core support, and 90 degree then at the opposite end to head towards the turbo oulet which has a 90 degree silicon reducer 2" to 2,5". Beyond that it'll be on the drivers side siction, one of those 90 degree reducers, pops through the core support, a 45 degree some straight and a 45 degree back to TB. it is pretty simple other than the cutting... otherwise, it's just a butload of money in silicon reducers/reducer bends...
What makes you think it'll be so hard lol. I got me an electric fan.

Awesome man, glad it went to somebody who will take care of it. Don't let the weather get to you. You will be able to drive it soon enough.
