Questions about Garrett AR 50 turbo with Holley Carb

I suppose my first question is is the Holley carb set up with garrett AR 50 turbo on a L28 in a Series 1 240z (engine and manual 5spd gearbox from a 280ZX) is it any good ?
I have been looking for an early Z car for some time and may have actually found a worthwhile candidate which i will be viewing on saturday after a 500 mile overnight drive (so it better be as rust free as the owner claims). Floors are good, tailgate good, windscreen scuttle good, some minor rust blisters over one rear wheel arch, owner claims sills / rocker panel are solid but would need to see for myself.

This will be a father son project. The 240Z was the only car within budget that appealed to both of us . looking to do some track days / autotests, but still have it driveable as a street car in the notorious LA Traffic.

Any guidance or comments appreciated. ( i was not able to find much info on the Holley / turbo set up)
Thanks for the wealth of info on ZDriver

Rare

Hard to find most likely means expensive, it certainly isn't a common setup, and a carburetor is a major step backwards. Why not drop a L28et in, all the parts are easy to get and easy to replace if needed. If you really wanted to put carbs on a z, go with tipple 2 barrel Mikuni's, which looks really nice.

Thanks for the reply,
This is the current set up on the L28ET block in my recently purchased 71 Series1.

Fortunately Sunrise Motorsports in Glendale
Sunrise Z - Home
is familiar with The Holley blowthrough carb with the garrett AR 50 turbo (and actually had a holley modified for "blowthrough" turbo application on his workbench).
