Previous owner was going to throw massive boost at it. What you saw before was my whole car and parts selling as a whole, but I sold the shell to my buddy and now have a ton of parts. I tried to edit that thread, but the title wouldn't change for the main page so I didn't bump it and started a new thread.

coolio just wonderin. and yeha 6.5 is still soooo low. even for massive boost, almost makes it loose its point lol. oh and any idea on the weight of the flywheel?

I think it's like 10lbs or something. It's hard to get to right now to check because I just put a table saw I got for free at a garage sale in front of my only path in my garage. Lol. It definitely needs to be cleaned and maybe resurfaced.

The info stamped onto the body of the cam was E30 and japan. On one of the ends it says "moon-256" and under that "reg 60-74" or maybe "reg 60-94". FYI- It also needs to be cleaned from a little surface rust from some severe rain we had here a while ago. |

I'm retarded, the CR for the pistons is 7.5 not 6.5.

260Z-turbo. I do believe the pistons are forged. 1 of them has a little nick on it because it fell off my bench. Ever since I have had them laying on a towel in a drawer in my tool box. I did keep the original cardboard with the specs that was on the box. I had TonyD from hybridz look at it and he said it affects nothing and it was still in good shape. Rings would be included also. I'll take more pics for you if you like, when I do to my garage tommorrow.
kmerten- Yeah I got your post on zcar. If you email that email address I won't get it until monday cause I'm not back to work until then. I'm going to try to dig up more info on those also. A couple of people needed more info so I'll get it to you. Just email me there and I'll get back to you 1st thing monday morning. I'll try to post the info I get tommorrow on zcar tommorrow evening too. |

I appologize to everyone for the MSD stuff, but the price has changed on it once I realized what I actually have. This is the MSD box for turbocharged vehicles and retails for way way more than what I was asking. I'm looking to sell all MSD items as a whole and I'm asking $350 shipped for all of it now. I'll probably start listing some of this stuff on ebay as well. Sorry for all the trouble.

Got the parts yesterday man. Yeah you were right....That crank is heavy. lol And the neighbor's thought I was getting a girl's bike. lmao. Too funny man. I can't wait to get started on my conversion. But it will have to wait for now. One question though. The dizzys you sold me...The 300zx one, where is the chopper wheel for it? Or is that a seperate piece? Also is the 280zx dizzy you sent me a turbo? Just wondering, I have never seen one up close.

I think it's actually inside the dizzy. I'm not sure. I believe that the 280zx dizzy is a n/a one. I really am not sure cause when I bought the project it was in a lot of pieces.

chopper wheel in the dizzies are the thin very very thin metalic disk with tiny nothings in it that pass under the CAS sensor. its under a protective shield thats held down by the rotar. the 280ZX turbo dizzy is MUCH larger in diameter than an NA one and will have a CAS wire on it (aboot 1/4 inch diameter wired with round plug)
